At Alma Gourmet, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our artisanal food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our inventory, returns are handled with specific care to maintain safety and freshness. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Review Eligibility
Verify that your item is eligible for return; please note that perishable goods, including truffles and cheeses, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or spoiled.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs documenting any issues with the product or packaging.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
- 4.Refund Processing
After approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a store credit will be applied within 5-7 business days.
