Preparation method
Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 2 minutes and save a cup of the pasta water. Prepare the sauce by pouring the Cacio e Pepe sauce into a pan and stir adding the reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce. Stir and plate. Top with black pepper and enjoy!
